As many other breeds Thai Ridgeback Dogs have different attitude towards swimming. For example, dogs in my kennel do not afraid of water in general. Three times a day I wash them paws after walks on the street. Hiro and Bekky go to bathroom without any fear. But they do not like to swim in lakes or rivers. I read that some Thai ridgeback Dogs like to swim and can spend hours in water.

This August is very hot. So this week we took our dogs with us to the lake. The temperature of the air was about + 37 degrees. i do not remember such hot weather in Europe. So we made our dogs swim. They swam for the first time in their life and did their best. Judging by their faces they did not like it very much but they swam for a long time.
